1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dlinq.io, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Dlinq.io for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

4. Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to Dlinq.io. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and use that content on our platform.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dlinq.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
